Corporate Group Headshot Photographer
Monday rolled around and I ventured down to the South Bay for a corporate group headshot session with JSI Logistics. I was starving before the shoot. As it happens, the location of their office was very close to an enclave of quick serve restaurants. However, given that it was 12:30p, I couldn’t find a parking space. I then drove around the main road looking for other restaurants, but all I found was a food truck and a small deli – both of which only accepted cash. I only had a card. With five spare minutes before the shoot was supposed to start, I rushed back up to the quick-serve area. Luckily I found a spot. I’ve never eaten a bagel so quickly.
Anyway, when I arrived at their offices, I met a really great group of people who made sure they attended to me well. They led me through the main office into the back where there was a very large spare, unused room. It always kills me that these offices can have such empty spaces. I wonder why at times it’s so hard to find available workspaces. The room, however, was insanely dark. It had no windows so I relied strictly on my mobile lighting setup, the JinBei, which thankfully imitates natural daylight perfectly. Glad I had it with me. Being a corporate group headshot photographer, in the end, I shot 22 of their staff members. I snapped a few for a peak below.
