Executive Headshot Session
It makes my life easy when I can just show up to a session and someone like Jen answers the door for an executive headshot. She must’ve read the website thoroughly because she had two outfit changes and multiple locations scouted both indoors and outside. She took half the work out of it for me. Moreover, she didn’t even need much direction. Just a natural in front of a camera.
Furthermore, she decorated her apartment very well. She had a beautiful couch from Restoration Hardware and several interesting lamps and tables. You can tell she put a lot of effort into making the apartment comfortable and classy.
There was a huge bay window which put the light directly where I needed it. Additionally, there was also a long hallway which was great for a perspective shot. But the best part was the outdoor location- trolley tracks, brick walls, and stairwells. It was a cityscape with everything crammed into it.
It was a cooler day (in July), so we brought a change a couple jacket changes just in case. My favorite item of hers was the gray shawl. She looked very elegant with it on. With such a great location, we tried to make good use of the cityscape. We shot along brick walls and into stairwells. She didn’t seem to mind the onlookers. They thought she was a model. All things considered, that’s not a bad client to have.
